Question: How can I check my Rogers account balance?

To find out your account balance, visit and log in to MyRogers, on the right hand side of your screen. For more on setting up your MyRogers account, click here.

To check your balance on the go, download the Rogers My Account app (available for iOS and Android), log in and select the “Balance” tab.

  1. Why is it that MyRogers indicate my device balance (flextab) amount to be diferent from my early upgrade fee ?
    Is it not essentially the same thing ?

      Hi Vince,

      Not exactly. Flextab is linked to your current subsidized device and the Hardware Upgrade Program fee may vary depending on your eligibility conditions, including the device you want to get.

      Simply sign into, scroll down to the Account Overview section, then click the “View Bill” link.
