My favorit and first leafs game was actually a Canucks game in Vancouver when I was 5. Felix pot in was in net. He made an incredible save and my dad said that’s why they call him Felix the cat! From that moment on I was in love with the leafs. My dad hates it because he’s a die hard canucklehead. My house is now painted blue and white! Go leads Go! (thanks dad)
most memorable game was at Maple Leafs gardens Dec 89, Detroit vs Toronto and a huge fight between Probert and Clark. I was 9 years old. Greatest day ever with my dad
I’ll probably need more than 100 words..but the best game ever…can be summed up by saying Gilmour versus Joesph aka Dougie versus Cujo. The Leafs versus the Blues, second overtime, Gilmour is behind the Blues net he goes to his left, than circles around, and stuffs the puck on the right hand side. SCOOOOOOOOOOOORES!!!!!!

My most incredible game ever was my first leafs game. My uncle took me to it at the Maple Leaf Garden’s stadium. I don’t remember when it was, or who was playing, but I was 7 years old. It was amazing. We had hot dogs, watched from our seats the people all cheering and booing. I remember there was a fight and everyone stood up. It was my first hockey game live. It was my best and most memorable leafs game I’ve ever seen because it was my first.
You always remember your first.
About 5 years ago I was lucky enough to attend a Leafs vs Rangers game on a Saturday night. The score was 9-2 and Wellwood scored a hat trick. The atmosphere was amazing with the crowd going wild for the Leafs :) Easily the best Leafs game I’ve ever attended!!
2001 Playoffs game, vs Carolina.
Slapper from the point hits Tucker’s skate and in for the 1-0 win in Conference Finals over Carolina.
most memorable game Ive ever seen was the only leaf game I was ever in attendance to. Im a die hard leaf fan who lives in Ottawa, and back in 1997 I happened to sell a car to a gentleman who worked for the toronto sun and he gave me 2 seats the the toronto sun private box for a game vs boston it was amazing. First and only game ive been to live and I was treated like a king, free food, great view, free booze and amazing win by the leafs.
I would have to say the first game I ever attended at the ACC with my husband (we were just dating then) was the most exciting Leafs game for me. I was with my sole mate & the Leafs won!
May 27, 1993 – Western Conference Finals. Leafs vs Kings. A blown call by Kerry Fraser prevented the Leafs from appearing in the Finals vs Montreal. Still get bad memories when I see game clips or Kerry Fraser
It was February 2004 & I was at Gretzky’s with a friend watching the Leafs play the Sens who were depleted by the flu. We were down 4-0 & came back to win 5-4 in OT, thanks to Owen Nolan. It was the loudest I’ve ever heard a bar cheer & quite a memorable night out, to say the least.
My favourite moment was going to my first game at the ACC. Just sitting there and going through the opening ceremonies. It was kind of a magical and bone chilling feeling being a part of that experience. Absolutely amazing!!!
My favourite and most memorable time at a Toronto Maple Leaf game was May 3, 1993 at Maple Leaf Gardens. I was sitting behind Cujo when in double overtime Dougie scored. I was sitting in that seat for nearly 5 hours but it was well worth. I will never forget that for as long as I live.
October 14, 2006, the game Mats Sundin, my all time favourite player, scored his 500th goal. Shorthanded, in OT on home ice to complete the hat trick. Reached many milestones and got showered with hats.
My dad took me to the 5th last game at the Maple Leaf Gardens. It was my first leafs game, and I couldn’t have been more excited. We even came in through the players entrance of the rink as a favour from a friend of my dads. It was definitely my most memorable leafs game!
My most memorable Leafs game is hardly one anyone would remember. It was a 1998 pre-season game, for goodness sake. We were perched in front row Reds hanging over the Leafs net for two periods of what should have been an exhibition yawner against the Red Wings. But someone caught our eye. This kid we’d never heard of who dominated the game from the back end. Tomas Kaberle made the team that year, the start of a solid career in Toronto. We felt like we’d found a diamond in the rough. The caramel corn was awesome, too.
My most memorable leaf moment was at a Boston game. My buddy and I had to do push ups for scalpers to get the deal we wanted. The leafs came back to score 2 goals in the period too bring it to overtime. And Darcy tucker scored a beauty in overtime. And we snuck in to the platinum club bar afterwards aswell. A great time in leaf nation amongst others
A few years ago 7 friends traveled to Pittsburgh to see the opening game of the season of Penguins vs. Leafs. 3 of the girls wrote letters spelling T S N on their bellies in the hopes of getting on TV. The Leafs ended up winning 6-0. The crowd was heckling us in the beginning, but by the end they were cheering with us because their team was sucking so badly.
Sadly, my most memorable Leafs Game would be the one and only one I have ever attended…..and it was at *gasp** Maple Leafs Gardens. That tells you how long ago that was. With the prices and non availability of tickets, I think that will be my most memorable game ever. I do enjoy watching them on TV though;-)
My most memorable leaf moment was way back when I watched the game where Darryl Sittler scored 6 goals and 4 Assists in one game against Boston on Feb 7th, 1976. I even have the score card framed for that game.
The most memorable Leafs game I ever watched was on October 11, 2007. This was the night when Mats Sundin broke Darryl Sittler’s record for all time points & goals as a Maple Leaf, and earned all three star selections at the end of the game! It was quite a night to remember for all Leafs fans!
