Our popular My Account app has now been updated to include even more ways for you to manage your wireless account right from your device.
In addition to making payments, checking airtime and usage, you can also manage other services, including:
- My5 numbers. No need to call in to make changes to your My5. You can add or remove people right from your device.
- Ringbacks. Sign up for a Ringback membership and set up your favourite song to play so that people hear your song instead of the standard ring sound when they call you.
- Extreme Text Messaging. Manage free features like personal signature, distribution lists, auto-replies, message forwarding and text blocker
How do I get it?
Access the icon on your home screen or download it from the Rogers mobile site. If you use an iPhone or an Android-powered device, download the app from your smartphone’s app store (search for “Rogers My Account”).
Once you have the app, you’ll see the Services tab. My5, Extreme Text Messaging and Ringbacks are listed there.
My Account works with your mobile browser, iPhone, BlackBerry and select Android devices. Click here for a full list of supported devices. For authentication reasons, My Account requires a Rogers data network connection. The app is not currently accessible for our corporate or pre-paid customers.
How much is it?
The My Account app is free. There is no charge to download the app and no charge for data consumed by application usage.
